Thank you for shopping with CESTLAVIC LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to delivering your custom products efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy for information about shipping times, costs, and procedures.


1. Processing Times

1.1 Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom products, including hand-painted sneakers and accessories, may require additional time for production and quality checks. Please allow up to 9 weeks for custom orders to be completed before shipping. This timeline will be communicated to you prior to placing a custom order. 

1.2 Delays: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: Dependent on size of custom order. Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days after the completion of the order. 

  • Expedited Shipping: Dependent on size of custom order. Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days after the completion of the order. 

2.2 International Shipping: We ship to select countries outside the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • International Standard Shipping: Dependent on custom order. 

  • Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

2.3 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $5000 within the United States. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.


4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods. Delivery times may vary.

4.2 Restricted Items: Some items may be restricted for shipment to certain destinations due to legal or logistical reasons. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you promptly.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

5.1 Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at vic@cestlavic.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

5.2 Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

5.3 Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or opting for signature confirmation during checkout.
