At Cestlavic, we pride ourselves on creating one-of-a-kind, custom artwork tailored specifically to each client's vision. Because of the highly personalized nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our custom products.
Every custom product undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship. Should there be any issues with the quality of our work upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential remedies.
- Wear and Tear: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for normal wear and tear or damage after use.
- Design Changes: Once a design has been approved and production has started, we cannot accommodate design changes. Additional charges may apply for any changes made before final approval.
